Conquer server

Hi ppl I'm makin a conquer server whit many features, quests but I need a team whit good programers.

Quests I would add:

Hide and seek. ( Revards: sock\sup items or db )
Dayly PK event. ( Revards: MeteorScroll, 2 db, dbscroll )
Weekly Big PK event. ( Revards socket items only lvl 70+ )
A good lvling sistem and a good drop rate.
GuildWar winners get DB. ( From the guild winner guild who was there )
I will come whit more ideas later.

If enyone would like to help write here and I will see if I get him.

There is like five different groups that are trying to make a fully functional server at this time.

Only 3 groups have anything to show for it, after months of work.

Qonquer, COWS, and COEmu

So just think about it before you rush in

Wouldnt your quest ideas essentially make gainign dbs and sockets too easy? Therefore giving possibly everyone endless amounts of sockets and dbs? They would soon drop in price and then everyone would be full double socket sdg/spg 130-130-130 :P If not then i obviously dont udnerstand so would anyone care to explain?
