this cant be done by .ini editing, can it be done with a packet reader?
Im looking for something thatll just alert me when a +1 is dropped, and the name of the +1 item that drops would be great too, anyone know if such a program exists?
No, because the information to determine if the item is +1 isn't given by the drop packet. You would have to have it in inventory in order to read the quality of the item. Unkownone has pointed this out in one of his posts, with a comparison between the two packets.
