feasible?

is it feasible if we block say, every other incoming packets? or every 1/3 packet to reduce lag?

oh n btw is there a working packet sender/receiver still? i searched n tested but none seem to work anymore. appreciate the help

As the title says... is it feasible to use cheatengine to create something like SV? Having used the program only back in the days to "crack" SV, I know very little of it, like that it can be used to actively browse inside a program's memory space and find relevant values.
