private server question

well i was wondering what kind of pc and connection u need for making private server for at least 100 ppl online playing....
and is there any server files wich dont allow users to write @level 130 and they wont be lvl 130 etc...and that monsters are in and that **** if that kind server files are etc...im willing to make private server and run it etc...so if anyone wish to help etc...add me on msn

i have 3 pc home

this one for server would be 1.5Gb ram 3600 mhz 400Gb space 2Mb connection

Well, Ultimation DID have a server, that had non-130 auto commands, since he had actually started working on most everything else.
He just... disappeared, however.

well that can be done too but first we need woorking server files etc...thne il spend money for better connection
