there's talk that the GMs can now detect CoToBo and put your cotobo using chars in jail moments after they log on so be careful.

|
um yes they can u get band from the dc funtion lol
|
actually the d/c function is like screen loggen thats wat teh Ctrl+T triggers the screen log so they cant bad u from screen logging
|
no it triggers a sertiain packed and they recieve that the packet logs off faster then normal!! the gms go around testing the red name n bluename and dc on all players fuction cause for a week a gm banned 4 of my accsa nd got all my mates to >.< he jsut went round everywhere flashing n watching ppl bot [/b][/quote]
How do you know that? I have never seen a log off packet in CO2, I can't even see it when logging off normally with CO2.
I don't know what to think about all of this, perhaps all of you got caught botting in mine once and the GM's banned you later so it wouldn't look so obvious? I'm mining 6 hours a day and I didn't get caught yet, I just got disconnect on bluename and redname on.

How do the GM go about testing the auto-dc on blue name? Do they enter the mine and then go blue name, or do they come in whilst they are blue name?
If they become blue name whilst they are in the mine (and werent blue name before), you could set cotobo to auto DC on charecter names and have your gm in the list. This way the GM never sees you.

it is probably GM's randomly checking miners, they are bound to get a few that way. When they do find one, it looks like they send all your characters that are running to botjail.

Simple...They attack you, its even mentioned somewhere in the CO forums. If you d/c while they are attacking you, the gm will just send your character to bot jail.

That's most likely why I haven't been caught yet... the only disconnect options which I enabled is disconnect on red and black name players.
