I wish to know how to make that item what i need to do? and how i need to do that i get that item i was in plvl and i geted one item wich alredy had soked +2
but do this items only drop or u can create socked item by ur self? and if u can tell me how and what i need tnx

u can create soccets but i takes a db i dont know where u can do it tho
