Naww there has been a number of different bound cp exploits which in turn created an actual money hack *cough* using the unlimited bound cp to get money bags.
It caused a bunch of people to generate basically unlimited server side gold from it.
As for the new one, I'm fairly sure (seeing as the link kindly provided stated) that people were duplicating fortune packs to gain extra bound cp (IE: unlimited)
As for dupes... I seem to remember a very short lived exploit back around 1.0 where items were being duplicated.
Not to mention mystic merchant (unlimited exp)
Castable superman (yay sm archers)
Equipping w/e items you wanted to any slot (including non gear items)
Not to mention a **** TON of other exploits/bugs that tq has had over the years. Granted most of them are long locked up and so it's not really an issue but saying that they simply wouldn't make the mistake again seems a little odd looking at their track record.
