RB Weapons

Okay, first of all, I have a +2 Elite 2 RPG HP BS and I bought it at lvl 55. I upgraded it once at TC, and for some reason (maybe because it is RB, I don't know) it leveled up to 65. I am now lvl 75 and trying to lvl it through Magic Artisan, but for some reason, it will not level. Anyone know why? Sorry for my newbness, but hey 70% of us are noobs

It hapenned to me once, someone told me to damage the item ( bs in this case) and then reapair it...

Worked for me... try it

it works sometimes if a high lvl char upgrade stuff ! till 60 in 10lvl steps

theres no lvl 60 bs thats y.
