let's say the +1 is determined when u pick it up, and after picking it up, it's a +1.. so u picked it up, or someone picked it up and passed it on through the market trades. there, it's a +1 for sure.
that means, your screenshot doesn't really prove anything.
if u wanna prove it, fraps a monster dropping it
