Trade Hack??

There is a trade hack going around that allows people to put items in the trade window but will not transfer to your account. People are using newbie accounts to get people to trade items. The newbie often offers something of high caliber hoping to get you to offer a worthy trade. After both users click okay, you will lose all items offered to the newbie, while the stuff you were supposed to get will not trade to you.

Any1 know how to do?
