I need software engineers with experience on CO Private Servers

I wanna invest a couple of thousand of dollars into opening my own private CO Classic server. I know the basics of coding, but nowhere near any skills required to do this on my own. So, anyone that is interested in helping me out can just comment on this thread or I would appreciate if you guys can recommend me any software engineers that you might know.

Conquer Online private servers are not an investment, they're a commitment to the players.
Please never run a private server with that attitude.

Because that's what's wrong with the game. It's not pay-to-win enough. Needs more scams.
