How to remove server ads!?

hi all , Everyone know it when u re/connect to conquer...

lolz how to remove that!? someone write it down here i test it but its not work for me!!
something remove in /ini common.ini.. i remove it but its only for serverstatus (green/yellow/red/maint)

some0ne know how to remove that **** ?? then write it down pls !!

I will answer this 1 more time i believe i made a thread on this long time ago but it is probably buried lol

#1 removing ads in loginscreen

common.ini find [ServerAdv] the 2 lines below simply change the txt filename at the end from ServerAd.txt to whatever.txt (do not delete the lines otherwise co will throw a error!! ) just rename it and save it and reopen co and viola no more ads on login.

#2 removing all the conquer **** from game including ALL server system msgs and advertisments ect ect

Simply click on chat and hit msg filter then in caps put in SYSTEM and add it to filter and again viola!! no more system spam msgs of anykind.

This should be stickied for all so i don't have to post it again in the future heh

Will I still get low dura warnings with your 2nd hint ?

If it comes from [SYSTEM] and displays in the middle of your screen, then no. Is it that hard to keep track of dura though?

hm it didnt really work..
I renamed it from

[ServerAdv]
800x600=http://account.conqueronline.com/enzf/split/ServerAdv.txt
1024x768=http://account.conqueronline.com/enzf/split/ServerAdv1024.txt
to..
[ServerAdv]
800x600=http://account.conqueronline.com/enzf/split/noAdsanymore.txt
1024x768=http://account.conqueronline.com/enzf/split/noAdsanymore1024.txt

...but it dont work.. still the ad ****!! r u sure that this working with new 0299 patch ?
but its dont works before for me, test it again pls, and post what u write in the common.ini ,
i am not to noob to edit the fukin file, but its still didnt work ! lol

i think u made the name too long LOL too many characters i dunno mine still works perfect all i did was change 1 number to the original text like so...

and for the 0299 patch??? Are you running the alpha 2.0 ?? Because i have not tested this on the alpha server it works perfectly on the most current 2.0 patch 4298...I don't mess with that screwed up alpha client so maybe that is why it doesn't work for you ?? Or ya edited it wrong i dunno but i'm not gonna install the alpha to test it heh.

You will get NO system messages which includes dura msgs,kill/team exp msgs,spells being cast on you like stigy,starofaccuracy ect ect that normally give the red msgs of what is increased it removes ALL ads,messages and everything.

And you should never let your eq get so low as to get low dura msgs anyway enless ya want to pay out later to repair the max dura or break your items lol

Waiting for the msgs is like having a death wish it isn't reliable anyway and sometimes doesn't go off till your item is allready broke..But if ya must i don't recommend using this then because ya won't see the message.

no, i dont use the alpha ! use still a normal server..
so i did it like u said.. exact lengh of chars ..

i use this one for test .. and make other .. but lolz its still there
it is a system msg.. but i wanna see stuff like dura and so

lol well you said 0299 patch and there is no such patch for 2.0 the latest is 4299

but i dunno your doin something wrong then i use this on 4 different machines running co and all 4 have no ads no nothing
