i guess you didnt read some posts at all.. i just tried finding the string i wrote in my previous post and i found it. Get yourself some real work and you get the real fruit.

Hallo all, who cant find the string "Engis" !!!

Open the conquer.exe (385 KB) with the hex workshop, then klick on find in taskbar.

Type must be "TEXT STRINGS"
and then u can write the word "Engis" in the field Value.

If he find this word then make Engis ----> to Sngis.

When I search for english in the conquer.exe It doesent find it, but when I search in play.exe its there. Which one do I change?

i must be doing something wrong becuz i cannot find "Fps:%d" when i do my file search.. could someone give me further instructions please.

Search for Engis and change the "i" to a "u".

The screen is a little different, so posting screencaps wouldn't be too smart, and the chat stretcher is invisible, but other than that it works.


I got that tip from another post and so far it seems to be working.
