if it works in the background then it probably activates the functions using memory hooks which tells me that the tool is probably outdated.
I would throw a wild guess saying that the tool creator probably created this tool way back and stop giving a **** about it or co and stopped updating it
so good luck on making your own or updating this one since you would probably get banned in a matter of seconds since tq scan memory nowadays.
