It would be a pretty smart idea to make a proxy the way the test version or whatever worked.
Users connect through the bot to the bot server, which then handles every aspect of the bot: auto hunting/looting, aimbot, follow-kill, anti-invite, etc. That is pretty clever, granted that the server is capable of hanlding a lot of users.
It would, of course, increase the latency of the people who use the bot, but there is no way of cracking the bot since the executable doesn't handle the botting - the bot server does.

Yes I kinda agree. One problem is ofcourse what you said, too many users = less bandwidth per person. But that would be my least concern. Let's say you live in London, and the Conquer server you are playing on is in London. And let's say the dedicated server host for the online proxy is located in the US. This would mean that the packets have to travel from, London to US and then back to London instead of just London to London(server), and I can tell you that London to US is already like 500 ping. So what would the London -> US -> London route be? Then again this could be fixed if you would have 2 dedicated servers handling the host of the online proxy, but it would still be higher ping. The most effective bot would be a bot that has as little latency as possible, wouldn't you agree? Specially if it's something like autohunt were every ms is important.

You're right, but its just not efficient enough and would undoubtedly lag no matter how good the server and let us worry about our security, I'm fairly confident its as hard as it can be to crack.

Hmm I think you missunderstood me, that post was not directed to you, it was directed towards hawtness..
And I think that my first post in this thread was pretty good constructive criticizm don't you think? You shouldn't get offended by it. There is no way you can tell me that A Star wouldn't be great for a proxy such as Co Mimic. I have it in mine and I can tell you it's great, makes the bot really self dependent.
My opinion about the fonts on the Co Mimic site shouldn't be taken personally, I just think that it looks unprofessional, but I doubt that you won't make it better.
Edit: You should be able to take criticizm, it's something the TQ staff has to deal with everyday, and yet I see people talking about how poor their customer service is since they don't "listen" to people.
I'm just saying, if you can't act professional and take ideas and atleast think about them, then how will you make a good bot for the community? A bot can be good, but it can also be superb, think about it..

True, but I was merely saying that it is doable

Can we make a deal? I'll give a thanks for every post of MrGenious's you answer for me? That's a decryption in its self.

Right, I just assumed that was the way it was going to work since the test version worked that way

Ok, the bot will fully run on your own PC, i only put the bot on my dedicated because i have not secured the actual program for release yet. The reason some of you got slow FS attacks is because of the ping. A ping of say 800 means it takes 800 milliseconds to react to anything that changes, that's nearly a second. So whn attacking in FS, it takes nearly a second to realise the monster has died and move on to the next one. When I test this locally, my ping in under 100 so of course my target switching is a **** load faster. It's just down to the high pings caused by having to proxy through my ded server, which I cannot do anymore unfortunately cos it lags QO out, lol. But don't worry, the released version will not connect through my server, it will connect directly.

Thanks for the clarification, that was well needed for me.
Also, about the FatalStrike thing, you could speed things up like 10-100 times (depending on how "slow" it was before, of course) just by having users manually input the amount of times it hits each monster during FatalStrike.
So instead of waiting until the monster is dead, the bot will attack x times and then move on to the next monster (remove the monster from your list of monsters). That's the way I do it, and I'm pretty sure JProxy did it like that too, and it works awesomely well.

This all started with you replying to a post MayFair made on an unrelated subject simply trying to help someone, and you start blasting him about CO-Mimic for no reason, whY? What is it to you anyway?

I had a suggestion for you, and I said it in a polite way, don't I deserve a response :/ ?

If its ok i'll reply for him as he's extremely busy, i noticed your post and mentioned it to him and it has to be the only idea worth considering and makes sense aswell, we're very greatful, this will likely be an added feature, if only as an @command (I really dont wanna mess with the GUI anymore -_-)

Just like you said, it's none of my bussiness so I will leave it at that.
Also I'm not quite sure what you mean by THIS ALL started, what is this all? If you look at the first page you will see my very first post. I said what I thought in the begining, not after some incident you seem to think occured.
I see, I have anger issues. Thank you Dr Phil.

Are you trying to provoke me or something? I don't care if you don't add A* Pathfinding, but if you are acctually telling me that A* Pathfinding is a stupid idea then you are truly insulting me.
Do you remember BJX bot? I'm pretty sure it had A* pathfinding implented, and if not A* then some other pathfinding algorithm, but A* is by far the best pathfinding algoritm.

very good job guys! Videos are amazing and the functions that this bot have are very nice. Just can't wait this to be released, im so excited. I already have around 100 ninjas with beginner packs waiting for release. Most bots problem is that they don't have atk spam or anything that makes them faster than normal lvling but this will be like jp/5bot/others and even better since it has very many functions. I'll definitely test it and buy it when possible, ty guys and keep up good work!
