how i win socket items easy ??

i spend lots and lots of mets and dbs and nothing someone tell me that after the server down i have more probability of wining socket but for me dont whorks can anyone tell me a way for i win socket more easy plssssssssssssssssssss

Find someone with a soc item you want. Ask them if they will goto market and let you wear it so you can see how much it will incease your defense, attack etc... then dont give it back afterwards.
