a couple of my friends had some spare mets, I went on, told them how to socket a pair of earings, and within 32 mets they had a socket earing, level 82
So for a fact it's still working..

If you put it in large mode it'll show seconds.
Is it true that all the servers aren't on the exact same time?
Anyone luck into a met using this method yet?

Maybe it's not exactly the same time or maybe the server maintanance is always at different time
I remember when I played on Dargon and my bro on sapphire, he would get disconnected from maintanance always a minute or so after me
I'm gonna try my luck with that method in about 2-3 hours :P

Good luck man.
Alright, I got... Ref lvl 15 earrings, ref lvl 52 earrings, and uni lvl 37 earrings. So when that 17 minutes time span comes for trying magical weapons I'm going to try 1 met every 30 seconds. I got a half hour left, now I just need to figure out exactly how many other earrings I need to get.

easy way to tell time:
right after server maint, post a message on the MSG board.
at the very right of your post, after your name, is a thing like 00-00-00 for hours/minutes/seconds etc.
it's the exact server time, and that's the time I use to set my clocks =)
btw, the servers are hosted in california. The time zone for california is PST, thus the server time is PST

An ingame friend of mine socketed his boots in TC from lvl 100-110.
A fellow guild member got a sock in his coro when a met failed at lvl 67.
Just for your stats, hope it helps.

On the conquer website for server maintanenace times, it says :
From now on, server maintenance is not as frequent as before.
The new maintenance time is as below (PDT=GMT-7 hours):
Monday: 18:00-18:30 PDT
Wednesday: 18:00-18:30 PDT
Friday: 16:00-16:30 PDT
So the in-game server time is now PDT(GMT-7) instead of PST(GMT-8).
Wonder should we still stick to the old PST recommended times to try making a soc?bobbleness what you think?
