i may have a way to be able to duplicate items yet still. i need a good working packet block though. something i can use to stop a certain outgoing packet to conquer's server. anybody that has one, lemme know!
Do you know which packet you exactly have to block or do you just assume item duping works that way? If you could tell me which packet it is I will be able to simulate the packet blocking with my debugger so we don't waste any more time if it does not work.

i need to find a way to block the outgoing drop packet. if i can do this, what would happen is, the item would still drop on my screen, but not on the server. my guess is, that if i picked the item up on the screen, it'd still act like a legite item and therefore be duplicated.
Eh no srry that wont work,cause if u acctually dont send thoose packets to the server,it will all be Client side and not Server side,wich means maybe u will duplicate but in Client side,and when u relog u dont got the item left.
the thing is the item wont really be dropped in Server Side only Client so when it looks like u dropped it its acctually still in ur Inventory
ok you cannot duplicate items... only created this was stated in an earlier item dupe thread, sorry guys but we gotta figure out either how to dupe money since it has no ID or manipulate monster drop packets to create items by telling the server what dropped instead of it being more of a random thing.
but if the server desides what your going to get from a drop by sending a packet to tell the server what you want the moster to drop wont do anything or its going to kick u so if you use an item id say an item u have and u try to get a monster to drop it im sure the server is going to check to see whether that item id is already being used only way would be is if u could figure out how items ids are made up and make a new id but even still to get the server into thinkin the monster should drop the item isnt going to happen if its all serverside.

The point of that thread was to find a clean version that I can crack. Of the 20-odd threads on the subject, all of them have unverified or obviously dirty versions attached.
However, I am now convinced that 98.5% of the EPVP CO Community is completly fucking retarded.
