That's something you'll want to complain about then, in my opinion at least. You can use this forum to do that: . Your problem is listed as "I would like to report a bug" under "Misc". I'm sure if you bought the bot as well, then they have private forums for you to use, or they did at some time.
The PM system here works fine. If you're not getting a reply it's cause they don't give a **** what you have to say.
If you're referring to on their site well... even less relevance on epvp as the issue isn't with this website.
the pm system tell me 0 sent 0 inbox ... so that i typed ... and i paid also more then 5 castumars paid with no renew and no answer and admins don't log into the site cuase that i typed here cuase thorev answer and typing in this site ,,, don't say somthings you don't know about it full informations ,,, and thanx for bad way that you talked with me
