U don't need to "hack" files, edit, change anything, what u need is :
Close all co clients that are open then click very fast on the conquer 1.0 icon, this should open alot of clients then u just need to login and voala ! alot of clients open at the same time

wrong, i have registrated two chars. one of my friends got three. u could registrate as many chars as u wanted.

You had to register when it was time to foralpha. You cold have created how many you wanted. Also no it doesn't work, its better to change the number of clients u can run, by changing the files, not cliking fast, because that is not assured to work all the time.

u could registrate more then one client. on 13.may there where no limits for accounts.

in co1 simpliest way is to change one line in StrRes.ini, just find there line with 'English' and write there anything you want.... doesnt work in co2
fast clicking on icon works but i dont like it... needs closing clients when i'm playing and second - make my comp a bit slowly during starting all clients in one time...

I don't know if this would work, but you could use a program to hide conquer window, then run the other clients you want to open. I'm not sure how conquer looks to see if there's already one running (like, it could either search for a [Conquer] window or the process itself, conquer.exe)..
There are inumerous programs to do that, I just can't find a good free one.. or make one myself.

I cant start clients after I started 1 alredy, only in special occasons, dont know why. I get the directx error, but I got my resolution to exactly what co needs before starting it. This only happens if u update ure directx, cause my old directx let me do this.

I agree this is the simplest way possible. I did it when I first found it, and it works fine. takes like 30 seconds too... no luck involved eiteher

First off I would like to say, great job on the site guys. I love the new auto miner that urns off of memory instead of the old one that uses alot of cpu usage. I was just wondering if anyone figure out the more than 2 client thing for co2 yet? I remember on co1 all you had to do was edit the Res file and change the language and tada! But I guess TQ repaired that in CO2 : ( Any word would be great on this!

this is very simple
1. Instal Windows XP (home or office i don't care)
2. make users
3. instal conquer to all
4. run 2 conquer accounts then switch users
repeat sep 2 and 4 until ur satisfied
on my computer this works with no lag and i don't dc but on my friends other computer i dc once in a while ^_^'' so its all up to you

Hey all, I hate for this to be my first post, but I've been screwing with the ini file for too frigging long now trying to figure out how to open multiple clients with 2.0, and have thus far been left wanting.
If any of you guys has any clue how this is done, your help is greatly appreciated.
I'm going to go INSANE only being able to run two clients. lol

Could oppening 2 or more clients of the same account be possible?
Like oppening 2 clients and you move only in 1 window and others move exactly where you go.
This wouldn't show for other players as if you had 2+ of the same player but only one.
Anyways, this would enable us to send perfectly good packets to the server and therefore recieving multiple items.
example 1: I go to pic up my socket necklace. It sends to the server a packet that I'm picking it up, if I have 6 clients open it...
