wishafur, msx sells work from many cs hacking groups (e.g. ict, game-deception) wich you can get free, that is scamming imo

Lowfyr. Game-Deception lives under the GPL. Honestly, if you ever visit their Code section on their forum, you would know that, if of course you don't already.
GPL states, that a person can take anything released under the GPL, and sell it, modify it, release it, and do anything they want with it, since the original author is basically giving it out.
Maybe you have heard of PearPC? It's a Mac OS X Emulator for the PC. Well, it's open source and under the GPL. A company named like, Maui-StreamX or something took their code (which was proven they stole it) and compiled it all with a new GUI and started selling it as, "CherryOS." Maybe you've heard of that? It's always coming up in the news on Slashdot.
PearPC developers can't sue them or anything, can only cry about it and talk **** on CherryOS, because they released their code under the GPL. It's basically what goes on with Counter-Strike cheats.
Also, you have to realize, that, MSX doesn't sell cheats specifically. MSX sells VIP accounts on his website, which leads to private forum access, more community stuff, access to cheats, etc. He isn't selling each cheat.
Although, he is selling a cheat named XeoN or something, because the author spoke to MSX and they worked out a deal, so he would sell that cheat directly and they would split the money.

Actually, federal law states that selling access to a product is considered selling the product itself. You are charging people for the privaledge of using that product.

If you look at it that way, sure you might think it's a scam, and it might be or not. But, I'm not saying this is a state of federal law or anything. I'm just stating what the GPL allows people to do with GPL-Licensed code.
So, if you look at it that way, Eldix, MSX can still do this legally. All the hacks for Counter-Strike, etc. that he has on his site are either under GPL'd or ripped from GPL'd code (OGC tweaks, etc.) So he can technically sell them all he wants, whether it's indirectly selling them, or "directly" selling them as you might be implying.

I never said that what MSX is doing is illegal, I was just correcting you when you said he's not actually selling it. According to the law, he is selling it.

Dude, I'm not about to look through all the laws and find it for you. Just trust me, my father was fined and put on probation because he decided that having a hooker in a hotel room and renting out the room wasn't considered prostitution. He didn't sell the hooker, he sold the room, and access to the hooker.

Small application i created, Basically its for people who want to run a private server and they have a dynamic IP and because Conquer doesn't accept hostnames such as (No-ip.org) i have created this. It simply gets the hostname from config.ini and gets the ip address then writes the ip address to server.dat then runs conquer.

Conquer Fluride is a scriptable Conquer Online multi-hack that allows you to make your own scrips which can make you automine, auto train skills and so fouth the possibilities of this scripting engine go as far as your imagenation can.
Once you have created a script you can save it, and give it to a friend who can load the script using Conquer Fluride and use it.

Okay well, I left the IcT clan a long while back and started my own called .
So, I only recently noticed Conquer 2.0 had been fully released and therefor am updating Conquer Fluride to work with CO2.
Maybe I will rename the hack alltogether as well? I am improving many of the features and such and adding new ones.
Co2 Hydrogen Bomb - There, thats the new name for my hack. :D
Anyway, suggestions etc feel free. :)

It seems there where a few bugs in the initial release of Conquer Fluride. So I have fixed them.
The biggest bug was in the Enemy Lockon Aimbot.
This has been fixed and the Enemy Lockon Aimbot now works perfecty.
I have also modifed it to minimize to your Tray rather than your task
bar. :)
There where a few other various bugs that have all now been fixed. This version works *perfectly* and there are no bugs at all. :)
