Steed Colour Breeding
To breed for a certain colour you must have your starter horse and then breed into it with any of the 3 varieties (black,white or maroon), when you breed the 3 coloured bars at the bottom change.
Main Steed + Minor Steed = New steed

Khaki Steed - Maroon + 3x White
Moon Steed - Maroon + 5x White

Pink Steed - Black + Maroon + Maroon + Maroon
Red Steed - Black + White +2x Maroon + White
Agate Steed - Black + White +3x Maroon
Ivory Steed - Black + 4x White
Java Steed - Black + Maroon + White + Maroon +3x White + Maroon
Pine Steed - White + 4xBlack
Cobalt Steed - White + 3x Maroon
Saphire Steed - White + 4x Black + Maroon
Emerald Steed - White + 3x Maroon + White
Yellow Steed - Black + Maroon + White + Maroon +5xMaroon + White
Golden Steed - Black + Maroon + White + 5x Maroon + 3x White

so to breed for a certain colour you must have your starter horse and then breed onto it with any of the 3 varieties (black,white or maroon), when you breed the 3 coloured bars at the bottom change so if you breed methodically you can end up exactly where you want :)
***EDIT*** if you look at the screenys at the bottom you will see that the orange bar is maroon, the blue is white and the green is black, the numbers stand for how much of the bar is filled...
