Why can't the itemtype see + in any item like it can see the quality?

sorry for my dumb question but i am really curious

Couse its client sidet, i might be wrong but what im guessing is the server sends a package to ur client saying example an RainbowBlade dropped(Item ID), you picks it up and ur client sends a package to the server saying you dos so, and the server agien responses with any special stats, like +.

in my opinion when the server sends that there is an item on the ground it only says little information about that item (like its id,coordinates and its quality if it was a weapon or a talisman) and when you pick it up you the client requests the full data from the server and the server give the full data about it like its +

However, those stats are assigned to item when it's dropped, not picked up, as mentor reward gives +1 points even if the item is not picked up.

Where did you see cheats on an original game? Go play private server and you will have tons of dbs k,thx,bye!

Now for the topic, like was discussed +1 items are generated when you pick up an item.. for example: each time you pick my an item dropped by a monster, have 0.5 per cent chance of it being a +1 item, so we would say 200 items give you a +1 item, but we don't know the exact chances and it depends on luck too.. so there you have it
