What? The Conquer 3 logo is under the C3 field which says "mainly used for developing 2D games".

That's the name of their engine. C3 = Conquer III, which is what they use to create Conquer 2.0 and their other games. The engine name isn't related to Conquer Online 3.0.

Edit: Thanks for the info SteveRambo. It would seem that another game is in development then that resembles Conquer Online and The Warlords. If that's the case, then I'm more interested in the other game they're creating than Conquer Online 3.0. We'll see though.

Well, first, that's S3. What's in development is S4, which is what the Conquer Online 3.0 looking models are coming from. I haven't seen it branded with the Conquer Online 3.0 logo, but what do I know - I haven't looked that far into S4 or if it's still called S3. What I do know is that it's not really that public, so there's very little known about it thus far.

Can you provide a source? I'd like to see these models or some kind of information about the things you and Yuki are talking about. Or is it kept secret?

I don't think it's a secret, but you would have to ask Yuki. I don't have the video links saved on my laptop.

What happened was: TQ originally said that Conquer Online 3.0 would be a completely new game, seperate from the Conquer Online 2.0 game, but they "recently" announced that they ditched the Conquer Online 3.0 project and that they're instead going to just change CO 2.0 into 3.0 a few steps at a time.

I can tell you one thing, TQ is not coming even close to making a game like World of Warcraft, regardless who they are working with. You need a brain to master World of Warcraft, Conquer 2.0 is just a simple game for kids.

TQ is one of the biggest and most successful game studios in china. Just saying. You all threat TQ like they are a bunch of idiots while you cant nearly compete with them in any case.

Anyways I do believe they're working on a new project as well. and yes CO 2.0 is slowing converting into 3.0. Once they have that all done they'll update the co3 website which hasnt been touched for over a year
