just a few questions

sooo i know it says im a new member, but i actually had to make a new account because me other 2 dont work... no big deal...

anyways, i like to hack/edit files and see what happens but first off, i cant find any programs to open and edit conquer's c3 files. i tried visual studios 13 and it just showed some weird encrypted hex coding. does anyone know of any UI friendly programs or something that actually decrypts it or idk. just help lol

second, i know cheat engine and any other things to "spawn" or hack items into the game, dont work at all. but are there any actual working hacks or glitches, no matter how complicated? i used the perm item glitch but it got patched, does anyone know of other things like that, and willing to share?

another question,,, me and my friend are considering running a ps. so a program to edit c3 files helps. i have some to edit .dat files. but does anyone have a free open source to leech rather than creating our own?

well it makes more sense than it being some sort of text file with properties on the dds files, which explains why it showed up as jumbled hex code. at least I know what I'm looking for now, so thanks.
