[Question] Faked linked items
Hello ElitPvPers community,
I'm sure that the title of the topic doesn't mean a lot, so I'll developp a little bit more in this post.
What you have to understand when I'm saying "Linked items", is only the fact of displaying an item on chat. When you do that, you must press CTRL+LClick. Then you've got the name of the item, underligned and between [].
What do I mean by saying "Faked", well, I've seen people who were able to write whatever they want, but with the same style of writting (underligned + []). Of course, server can't find an item when you click on it, but it looks like a real item.
Finally, they're able to change the color of the word...
I really don't know how they do that, I've searched around the net but nothing useful. It looks like it's a secret, hope I'll find an answer.

One last thing, how do you find color codes?
PS : your example doesn't work.

My example works perfectly fine. You can't link to real items unless you know their IDs.
For the colors, you can use the color mixer from this page:
Just copy/paste the decimal value in to the third "parameter" in the item link message.
Example: The color red is 16711680 in decimal, so you'd put in [item RedStuff 11111 16711680]

Yeah, it's probably because it's French CO then, I guess. Can you actually link items by CTRL-clicking in the French version? If you can, they probably user another "keyword" for it. Try the French word for "item".

Ich sehe so seit circa 2 Stunden die ganze Zeit lvl 1er,
die Tränke mit 4800 Live verkaufen und davon teilweise 1000 stk haben.
Zudem, sind ganz wirre Zahlen und Buchstaben in der Beschreibung des Items,
sieht für mich sehr nach nem Bug aus, kann jemand helfen ? :D

In my opinion Germany shouldnt have won this,no offense.There were much better songs then the little girl`s one.Kinda faked the results.Seemed to me like the girl wasnt even happy,as she already knew what the results were going to be.She rather tried to impersonate some fake emotions,but its just my opinion.
I say,Turkey or Romania should`ve won.What do you think?
