it's 176 for max str not 173.
and the reason for agi of 3 is that most ppl are pvpers, and use the spear b/c speed gun goes off a lot. i have my agility at over 100 with 176 str and the rest spread between vit and spirit. I also use a heavy ring and fury gems. anyway, if u want to have agility of 3 then get a heavy ring or else use a spear or raise ur agility. but if ur a water tao, don't worry a whole lot about ur hp, b/c u'll get pk'd no matter how many hp u have. u need to work on ur skills like jumping and walking and stig/star/shield.
