He's referring to their game quality, not their financial stability.
The comment did make me laugh though more than their mistake. I could understand the mistake. Their web development department has VERY limited contact with the game design department.

I don't think the item has been added yet. There's a super exp potion that gives you x5 exp for 2 hours. I'm guessing an elite exp potion would give you something like x3 for 2 hours or maybe x5 for an hour. Something in between a normal exp potion and a super exp potion.
