Shield upgrade from 110 to 120

is it possible to upgrade shield from 110 to 120? I tried upgrading thru the old man in the market, but he say's he's too old enough to do it... tried the weapon master, but seems... he ****** has no clue at all... ^o^

Artisan Wind in TC can upgrade any item below 115 to 120 with mets. It'll take a while/a few mets but it can be done

I.E 110 shield CAN be up'd in TC with mets, as it's below 115.

110 boots CAN be up'd
112 cap/coro/helm CAN be up'd
112 Necly CAN be upd

115 items + CANT
