[Release] Fix Shield Upgrade after 110

On LOTF Source
if you try to upgrade warrior Shield after Level 110 it will back to level 40 again.

this will fix it

in client.cs
Find
else if (CurrentNPC == 700)
{
if (Control == 1)

Under it Find

if (Other.ItemInfo(ItemId)[3] < 120)
{
     RequiredMets = (byte)(Other.ItemInfo(ItemId)[3] / 10);
     if (RequiredMets == 0)
            RequiredMets = 1;

Replace it with

if ((Other.ItemInfo(ItemId)[3] < 120 && Other.ItemType2(ItemId) != 90) ||
                        (Other.ItemInfo(ItemId)[3] < 110))
                    {
                        RequiredMets = (byte)(Other.ItemInfo(ItemId)[3] / 10);
                        if (RequiredMets == 0)
                            RequiredMets = 1;

You can make a 120 shield and it will fix itself

That's why you st33l their textures and ****, and then do the server side stuff for your server..

yeah, they make, we attempt to copy... so far only two servers have even come close to being a copy of the original, qonquer and acid. hopefully this will change soon.
