Could anyone tell me how to put the 120 armor effect (flames) in lower level armors, or even other classes armors? Client-sided of course

Now, the game crashes his comp every few minutes.
Could this be a result of his armor and new weapons?
His comp was 100% fine before the 120 upgrades.
