I think you can just get a char to 120 and bless rb with the gourd only nothing else... or you just can't do it anymore.

Fill all your slots with -3 or -5 items, no matter the quality, no matter the +, equip gourd, dont equip garment. If you dont fill your slots with -3/-5 i heard cases when ppl tried to bless something with having just the item, that is suppose to get bless, worn, but system however tried to apply bless on an empty slot and they didnt get bless, nor the gem
