There are lots of ways to get good at fastblade but the main thing to keep in mind is this...
-When players jump you aim where they LAND, not where they currently are in air
-Try to only sit/gain stamina when they are unable to fb you (out of range, mid jump, etc)
-Try not to waste stamina on shots you know you can't hit
There are all sorts of other minor ways of getting better at fb but those are the basics to keep in mind. Past that it's just practice and reflexes.
There's nothing to report him for... he wasn't being all that offensive nor was he attacking any specific member...
If someone says something you don't like it doesn't really make it the moderator's duty to separate you :P
His point is somewhat valid... Egy's tend to be famous for having incredibly poor internet connections (even outside of the latency issues with connecting to us servers) as such fb will be much, much more difficult playing from there.

I was being serious, the Egyptians I have spoken with in my years of CO always complain about their ping/connection, and the fact is it does not matter how "pro" you are in ss, in the end your still limited by your connection.
