hello again there...im feel so confused on how to translate this npc coz on my server in malaysia(JinOnline) didnt have this npc coz jin online version now also in 1099 =.=
so i need help from all here can give a translate version for me..
im just know this npc have a time coz when i click on it show a time in the first line of action..please help here are the pic..

no..what i mean is the translation of the npc..i dont how to write coz im never see this npc under TQ jin online..what this npc doing..? when i go inside i see there have a box dont know what content..
