go to market and buy a 2 hander from someone then use superman and stig and star of accuracy, also consider maybe using a tro or warr armor instead. not a prob if u lvl it up in market from lvl 70. that should fix ur def issue, otherwise ur best bet is to just go and sit in basi tanks for a few weeks

Ugh.. the bad english hurts my drunk eyes... anyway:
Since your a water go lvling in adventure zone or wine cellar because monsters there hit magic damage and you have great magic defence as a tao.
And i would reccomend wand or poleaxe. Think poleaxe would be better.

if its a reborn water you can change stats so you can use melee weps (wand is recommended assuming you have some decent dragon gems/sockets, if not go poleaxe) As they said do adventure zone or winezone with superman

use 2 hand wep and attack ring + full tao gear for magic defence
