extract the .dds file you want to edit(you will have to find them your self)
then get the .dds plug-in/add-on for adobe photoshop
and then edit
then save over the original(after you make a back-up ofcourse)
ive never tryed this thats just a educated guess
but if im right you can always send the money to lowfyr at epvp

Yes i know that but i wanna make the look that a lvl 112 coat looks like a lvl 120 coat
