effect remover in tg attacking stack nt moving

any1 knows a effect remover in tg that attacking stack but ur nt moving just like cotobo but cotobo doesnt work anymore so i need some help on this?

Remove everything from ini\3DEffect.ini.

A while back there was COeRR, and the author released the source so I could recompile and upload it if you want (it had a few effect options).

um when i use this um when ur attacking stake does ur character moves or just stand still cuz i want them to stand still even there attacking just like in cotobo :P

The program only edits the ini\3DEffects.ini file to remove unneeded effects that generate lag while in TG. That's it. It doesn't move you at all - it doesn't prevent you from moving at all.
