I play on that server as well, ima lvl 70 war mostly from offline training but i've also just been grinding... kinda boring but what the hell. My char's name's "GameMaster" lol

We questioned using NPC covers and manually translate them ourselves.. But it ended up as a no. For now we are just having the translator do it for us. Our exploitation is getting better everyday. But we do wish it would progress rather than stay at 5060.

Why would we waste time manually doing it? Do you know how many conditional statements that would take to translate EVERY word spoken by NPCs and server messages?
if (japString == "[insert *** word]")
japString = "English";
No way.

We are actually making huge process, but ofcourse, we will remove the questbot for the free proxy we give, also other stuff. But when hunting and such is done, ill see if i can get you guys a build.

I'm pretty sure IAmHawntess was refering to localization tools like Gettext, and not automated translators. You still need to provide the translations manually, but in the form of files, where the translation is placed beside the original text, rather than inserting strings directly into code. The only thing you need to change in code is all strings should be wrapped in a call to gettext(), so it looks up the translation in the current locale.
Gettext exists for .NET too, you just need to reference Mono.Posix, and use Mono.Unix.Catalog.GetString(), and Catalog.Init() to tell it where to look for translations.

This is pretty much it, in Japan for some reason (probably government meddling on both sides. . .especially since Japan and China pretty much hate each other...and china likes to block/censor/filter their internets) any game that has servers based in china gets extreme lag in Japan no matter what the game is. so basically whenever some owned does some thing like move the servers to china becuase it would be cheaper etc. . .the game becomes unplayable.
case in point Csro. . .impossible top play in Japan without using that ipmana proxy bs and even then it messes up a lot.
