Lucky time trick?

Lucky time trick?
so i heard about this lucky time trick where you decreased the dura of an item to zero and then repaired it, its quality jumped
i took a elite necky, refined boots, and norm armor and decreased the dura to 0, i then took a lv 1 noob with 10 minutes of lucky time and repaired the items...
the quality did not change 
so it this just a urban legend?

Wrong place to post this, should have been in Socket Theories. And I think soc's are purely random.... even though... nothing to do with a PC is random... its all based on numbers and there is a calculation behind EVERYTHING.... so... maybe its not ;-)

some how diffrent chars got diffrent lucks like my war got HUGE luck and have found 2 dbs(once while boting  ) same with socs.

luck inst the word to use here, i dont think item would just go to super so easily, maybe to unique, and the trick with 0 dura,well try test it like times10 with 1 item.

the quality will up,but the best ive ever got is unique(took 8 times using a lvl 5 2 soc club to get it to unique tryed another 5+ times and it dident up anymore so i gave up and used 4 dbs before it supered)

you want to defuse one weapon, and hope that you get a lucky stone or any other stone?
Well. here's the solution...
if u have the weapon and the destroyer rondos in your inventory, fill up pthe rest of the inventory so you don't have any space left.
Open the alchemy window, put in the weapon and the rondo.
Click on Fuse
It will not be possible to defuse the weapon, BUT if you look at the right bottom corner, you will get an message that you need more slots to defuse the weapon.

you all know about the lucky time u can get while praying next to a 2nd rb!
and we all know about the pros of lucky time: more dmg, higher chance for .....
when i have been huntin with my lucky time, i have never found any better items then without the lucky time.
and why is my dmg same like without, it should be 2x? and the chance to get a sock must be about 0.0000001%
fact is, lucky time isnīt how i expect it to be, because the time i pray i could do something better!
