I have a question for soc

I have a noob i make plvl waters he have full 1 soc how can i get a chance for 2 soc ?i have make 10 waters rb now and the equip when the water is 110 to his lvl and i got no soc at twin can anyone help me i have a 130 archer

That is only one way to get 2soc... is keep rb the items.
My friend has 2 soc tao grown after he rbed it 43 times....

yah pretty much your only chance is in twin but you can get socs in market too


....are socs back allot of my friends are gettin lots of 1 and 2 socs now.
