I'm new to using Gordon. I can get the menu on the top right, I press insert and I get 3 options. Now how can I select one, because enter doesn't do anything?

I just watched my server go from 25% PoC to .8%, so I'm thinking of using it for the first time. The only thing holding me back is how I used to hear about non-bots getting banned all the time for using no-dc.
