i cant open the game .

"I believe something on your PC is blocking the HS service or drivers from loading"
try reboot your system, or update the hackshield manually or uninstall all your hacks or uninstall the game and install it new.
Or buy you a new PC...

Uninstall Combat Arms turn your firewall off and Install it again
