1.Login into Nexon
2.Go to the charge page
3.Go to Offer Payment and select TokenAds
4.Go to Video
5.See all video available
6.Look at your Nx
7.Repeat this every day

This methode is slow but it take 10 minutes per day to get around 100-200 Nx
