Just unzip the .ani file to your: \Conquer 2.0\data\cursor
remember to backup your original pk.ani file in case u want to change it back

go to "D:\Program Files\Conquer 2.0\data\Cursor" get an animation editor program and make them how u like (i use Pain Shop Pro/Animation Shop)
