oh youre right, i didnt notice meditate before

edit: if you want you can pm me your email address or aim screen name (aim is probably easier) and i can send it to you... i compressed it and its only about 7mb

(just the effect folder, right? not the whole c3 folder?)

ok all, im new to this, so could someone give me a step by step guide as an example on how to do this, for other noobs too, say for example

I wanted to have the super dragon effect every time i used meditate, how woudl i go about doing that?
