take out laggy effects ?

Eveytime im playing FB/SS i hate when this effects happen Super DRagongem effect ,Bless effect and the rank effect all this stuff make me lag like crazy.
If anyone know how to take this effects out feel free to help me out xD.

Yeah, above post will do it. But, I suggest getting a better video card. Conquer Online really does not require that much out of your GPU, that means you could get a decent GFX card cheap, and be good.
