Well it has been a long time since I've posted any edits, let alone even made any. Actually I think this is the first thread I've ever made. Anyway, I was part of CoFusion I'm not sure if anyone knew about that website, but if you did, then you'll know what I'm talking about :P .. The picture I've posted below contains mods that I made long long loooonnnnngggg ago. 90% of the mods pictured are non-existent..The only ones that I know I have are the blue ss, and red/blue blades..as far as I know everything else was erased unless I have backups hidden somewhere deep in my comp and I'm not going to look =.= unless like 29501876 people say holy fk i want that xD ! and the links to the youtube, are videos of .ini edits I made when I was messing around (they were made just for fun xD! not actual mods to be used in normal gameplay) anyway heres some old stuff I hope you like it
nah, its freely available to all. Using it correctly is another matter. Check the thread 'c3 edits against the rules', which was locked after it was finally validated (one of the many things that doesn't make sense here).

It was locked because it was wildly off topic, and at the time of its origin there was no c3 editer.
actually, it may have gone off topic on a few spots (what thread with thousands of responses doesn't?), but it was not locked until about 1 month or more after the technique was publicly validated, after being open for a looooong time with no supporting proof. Closing it then was useless, and counter productive imo. Personally i don't mind. The fewer ppl who know how to do it...well you know.
edit - Technically that guy may have been the one who made it...obviously someone did. i didn't make the exporter, that much i know. Who knows if that guy was lying or not. he may have just been protecting his technique.
Meh, imo, since it was never decided weather he was telling the truth or lying it would be better to make a new thread (such as your c3 thread) for c3 edits and discussion >_>
