How does the texture file work?

I no i've seen a post somewhere on here about how the texture file works but after searching thru the forums myself and using the search button i cannot find it! so how does the texture file work? what do all the numbers mean?
lvl
type(weapon-sword club blade ect.. armors)
quality(ref uni ect..)
and all the other numbers what do they mean? can someone can give me the link to a post that gives all the info on the texture file dds's what all the numbers mean?

quality (last number):
3 - low normal
4 - med normal
5 - high normal
6 - refined
7 - unique
8 - elite
9 - super

type:
410 - blade
420 - sword
480 - club
500 - bow
Im not listing all of them...

The numbers between type and quality mean the level, example:

410339
Blade
Level 130
Super

Though the levels are different for rings,armors,etc...just an example.
