well i dont have the client, editing software, or really much spare time to edit a map, it isn't too hard.
Just select the right area, ctrl + u, put hue to -65, then press ctrl + I to all the .dds and your half done. Then you just need to add objects and change some lighting but this takes lots of time, its not a matter of skill.

you can use Paint.NET, GIMP, photoshop (any version) or any program that can edit .dds files (there are lots)
but i used photoshop CS2

Raiden wasted everyones time. He's unable to tell simple details of how to extract the files. His downloads don't have TC files probably because he didn't really know how to extract them and probably got them off a friend. Well, this has been a complete waste of time. You're just horrible at tutorials. Basicly give us folders with nothing in them and files that are unchangable. Good job.
