Ok lately i reinstalled conquer and i decided to clean all the laggy effects on my screen. I went to 3deffect.ini and deleted everything, then i logged in to check it but i still had all the stupid effects. I decided to go to the effect folder and deleted all files, but for my surprise i still see all that ****.
Does anyone know whats going on and how can i edit my effects?
Hope that someone can give me a hand here. Thks in advance.
I was suprised when you said you deleted everything in 3deffect.ini and it still showed but when you deleted effect folder it just searches in c3.wdf for the defaults.

Just by deleting what is written in the 3deffect.ini wont disable the effects now. Thats why i tried to delete effect folder but it continues with the same problem.
Now i renamed the c3.wdf but i cant move my char so its still not working.

Step 1: Go to the 'Program Files' directory in C:\ and find the Conquer 2.0 game directory.
